Positions

Supervisor (FOH)

  • Manage front of house service team

  • Oversee FOH operations

  • Handle bookings and order management

Team Member (FOH)

  • Table service, taking orders, managing bookings and payments

  • Process takeaway orders and bar service

  • Communicate and promote brand marketing programs

Chef (BOH)

  • Lead and manage kitchen team

  • Ensure compliance with procedures and quality standards

  • Supervise kitchen operations and maintain performance

Cook (BOH)

  • Prepare and cook menu items

  • Maintain hygiene and food safety standards

  • Ensure food quality and presentation

  • Pay rate: $25 – $30/hr (based on experience & performance), following Australia Restaurant Awards Rate.
